40 Years In The Making

In 1985, we walked across the stage at John Muir High School as classmates. Forty years later, we came together once again as friends, leaders, parents, grandparents, professionals, entrepreneurs, educators, public servants, and proud Mustangs.

The John Muir High School Class of 1985 40th Reunion was more than a celebration. It was a testament to the enduring bonds that have connected our class for four decades. What began as a simple idea grew into a community-wide effort driven by volunteers, supporters, donors, and classmates who shared a common goal: to create an unforgettable reunion experience while preserving the legacy of the Class of 1985.

Throughout the planning process, classmates dedicated countless hours toward organizing events, reconnecting alumni, gathering historical photos and memorabilia, promoting ticket sales, coordinating venues, developing commemorative merchandise, and ensuring every detail reflected the pride and spirit of John Muir High School.

The Power of Giving Back

One of the most inspiring aspects of our reunion planning was the generosity displayed by members of our class and supporters who stepped forward to help make this celebration possible.

We would like to extend special recognition and appreciation to:

We extend our gratitude to everyone who played a role in making this milestone celebration a success. Every contribution mattered. Every volunteer hour counted. Every ticket purchased helped bring our vision to life.

Preserving Our Legacy

As we celebrate this reunion, we also celebrate the legacy of the John Muir High School Class of 1985.

Our class has produced educators, business owners, community leaders, public servants, artists, healthcare professionals, military veterans, entrepreneurs, and countless individuals who have made meaningful contributions to their families and communities.

The friendships formed at John Muir continue to inspire us, support us, and remind us where our journey began.

The success of our 40th Reunion is not the end of our story. It is another chapter in a legacy that continues to grow through alumni engagement, community service, scholarships, mentorship, and support for future generations of Mustangs.

The John Muir High School Class of 1985 Foundation was established to unite alumni in support of educational opportunities for current and future students while preserving the proud legacy of John Muir High School.

Our programs focus on scholarships, mentorship, community engagement, and student success.

A California-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit was created for the sole purpose of providing scholarship assistance to students that are victims of the Eaton Fire.
